Our neighborhood is located within minutes of both the town square at Lawrenceville, GA and the quaint little town of Grayson, GA.  Our school district is within the Archer Cluster of Gwinnett County Schools.  The community development began in 2001. 


Our top notch amenities include:

Covered Breezeway Opening to the swimming pool deck

Just up the road from Monfort Estates are two of the largest and most beautiful parks in Gwinnett County
Tribble Mill Park and Harbins Park.  A walking and bike trail connect the two parks in the front of our subdivision.

The LAST Monfort Estates Homeowners Association Annual Meeting and Election was held on May 2, 2024.  the 2025 annual meeting and board of directors election will be on a spring date in 2025. (to be announced).
