In their 29th season, the Aurora Theatre is an extraordinary community theater in the brand new Lawrenceville Arts Center, which opened in 2022. They have 4 various sized stages. Year round offerings include: fabulous First Class plays and productions such as Les Mis, Mary Poppins, Christmas Canteen, musicals, children's theater, comedy nights, dance productions, concerts, dance productions, Haunted Lawrenceville tours, Teatro Aurora productions and events, Club Babalu, the Festival del Dia de los Muertos, community conversations, acting classes, children's summer camp, and special events year round, almost weekly. They also host productions from local playwriters and local colleges. Subscribe to their email newsletters and you will be astonished at how many productions and activities Aurora hosts. Aurora prides itself on providing diverse events, always inclusive and reflective of the Gwinnett community. They also offer sensory sensitive productions.
